中药及天然产物治疗高尿酸血症和痛风的作用机制研究进展

摘要
高尿酸血症是以人体血清尿酸水平升高为特征的代谢性疾病,与尿酸生成增加或尿酸排泄减少有关.高尿酸血症不仅是导致痛风的主要因素,而且与高血压、动脉粥样硬化和慢性肾病等疾病的发生发展密切相关.临床上治疗高尿酸血症和痛风的药物疗效显著,但长期服用会导致患者出现不良反应.中药及天然产物因其多靶点、安全性高的特点,能够有效地控制痛风的发生和发展.因此,本文从中药及天然产物治疗高尿酸血症和痛风的作用机制等方面进行综述,为研发预防或治疗高尿酸血症和痛风的安全有效的药物提供新思路.
Abstract
Hyperuricemia is a metabolic disorder characterized by elevated levels of uric acid,which is associated with increased production or decreased excretion of uric acid.Hyperuricemia is not only the main factor for gout,but also closely related to the occurrence and development of diseases such as hypertension,atherosclerosis,and chronic kidney diseases.The clinical treatment of hyperuricemia and gout with drugs has been effective,but long-term use may cause adverse reactions in patients.Traditional Chinese medicine and natural products,owing to their multi-targets and high safety,may effectively control the occurrence and development of gout.We comprehensively reviewed the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine and natural products for hyperuricemia and gout,aiming to provide insights for the development of safe and effective drugs to prevent and treat hyperuricemia and gout.
