Optimization of aqueous extraction of Qizhu Pingchuan Zhihan capsules by AHP-CRITIC method combined with orthogonal design
Objective To optimize the extraction of Qizhu Pingchuan Zhihan capsules,and provide a reference for its further development.Methods The content of total polysaccharide,calycosin glucoside,prim-O-glucosylcimifugin,5-O-methyl-asamin glycoside and the extract yield were used as evaluation indexes,AHP,CRITIC and AHP-CRITIC hybrid weighting methods were used to determine the weight coefficients of each index in the formula.The extraction parameters of Qizhu Pingchuan Zhihan capsules were optimized by orthogonal design.Results The optimized extraction of Qizhu Pingchuan Zhihan capsules included 8 times of water,heating and refluxing for 3 times,and 1.0 h each time.Conclusion The weight coefficient determined by AHP-CRITIC hybrid weighting method is objective and true,which can comprehensively reflect the compatibility of the formula.The optimized extraction is stable,feasible and repeatable,and can provide reference for its follow-up research and development.
