摘要
雪莲是一种我国传统的珍稀中药材,甘温,微苦,归肝、肾经,可祛风湿、强筋骨、补肾阳、调经止血等功效,多糖是雪莲的主要生物活性成分之一,具有抗氧化、抗炎、终止妊娠、抗菌、抗病毒等多种生物活性.本文对其结构及生物活性进行分析、归纳、总结,以期为今后雪莲多糖的深入研究及糖创新药物研发、功能性产品开发利用提供参考.
Abstract
Saussurea involucrata is a rare traditional Chinese herbal medicine,which can dispel rheumatism strengthen muscles and bones,tonify and nourish the kidney yang,regulate menstruation and stop bleeding,etc.Polysaccharides,one of the main bioactive chemical constituents in Saussurea involucrata,have many bioactivities,such as antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,termination of pregnancy,antibacterial,and antiviral effect.This review systematically summarized its structure and bioactivities,aiming to provide reference for future in-depth research on Saussurea involucrata polysaccharides and the development of innovative drugs and utilization of functional product.
