基于数据挖掘的《奇效良方》中鲜药应用特点分析

摘要
目的 通过对《奇效良方》中鲜用药的规律特点进行总结分析,为鲜药的临床应用及相关研究提供参考.方法 查阅《奇效良方》中可鲜用的中药,用Excel 2016建立数据库,运用频次统计的方法进行数据挖掘,分析《奇效良方》中药鲜用的频次、性味、归经、毒性等特点.结果 经筛选后,共纳入可鲜用中药246种.药性以寒、温、平为主;药味以苦、甘、辛为主;归经则多归肝、肺、胃经.在诊治疾病上,使用鲜药占比最高的是内科疾病(795次,45.64％)和外科疾病(346次,19.86％).结论《奇效良方》中疾病诊治应用鲜药的例子层出不穷,鲜药多为地产药材,代表性高,临床应用广泛,涉及内、外、妇、儿、皮肤、耳鼻喉科等;不但用于常见疾病,亦多用于各种疑难病症.挖掘鲜药的相关古籍文献,不仅可以逐渐丰富鲜药的用药理论,还可进一步为鲜药的现代临床应用提供参考.
Abstract
Objective To summarize the characteristics of use of fresh medicine in Qixiao Liangfang,and provide reference for the clinical application and research of fresh medicine.Methods We searched fresh Chinese herbal medicines in Qixiao Liangfang,established a database with Excel 2016 for data mining.The characteristics of fresh Chinese herbal medicines in Qixiao Liangfang were analyzed,including frequency,taste,meridian distribution,and toxicity.Results Totally 246 fresh Chinese herbal medicines were included.The highest proportion of fresh drugs use was in internal medicine diseases(795 times,45.64％)and surgical diseases(346 times,19.86％).Conclusion Fresh medicine is widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in Qixiao Liangfang.Fresh medicine is mostly local medicinal materials with high representativeness and wide clinical applications,involving internal medcine and surgery,gynecology,pediatrics,dermatology,and otolaryngology,etc.It is not only used for common diseases,but also for various difficult and complicated diseases.Exploring relevant ancient literatures of fresh medicine provides reference for its modern clinical application.
