二甲双胍在抗感染领域的应用研究进展

摘要
二甲双胍是目前全球应用最为广泛的口服降糖药物之一,其主要通过抑制肝脏糖异生和降低机体胰岛素抵抗发挥降糖作用.近年来,随着对二甲双胍研究的深入,发现二甲双胍在抗菌、抗病毒及抗寄生虫方面也展现出巨大的潜力.本文就近几年来二甲双胍在抗感染领域的应用研究进展进行综述,以期未来能够更深入和全面地研究二甲双胍的抗感染机制与临床应用范围,为临床抗感染治疗提供新的思路.
Abstract
Metformin is the most frequently used hypoglycemic drug in the world.It decreased the content of blood sugar mainly by inhibiting the liver gluconeogenesis and reducing body insulin resistance.In recent years,researchers have found that metformin also has great anti-bacteria,anti-virus and anti-parasite potential.This paper reviewed relevant clinical research on metformin for anti-infection in recent years to provide a reference for clinical anti-infection treatment.
