摘要

玉米朊是从玉米中提取的一种醇溶性蛋白,已被《中国药典》收载.玉米朊因具有可再生、无毒、生物相容、可生物降解等特性,成为药物辅料的热门选择.玉米朊可以提高药物稳定性及口服生物利用度,控制药物释放,增强药物靶向性,从而有效提高药物疗效.此外,玉米朊含有游离的羟基和氨基,这些羟基和氨基提供了许多修饰位点,使其能够与其他材料杂交,以创建功能化的药物递送系统.本文旨在系统地介绍玉米朊的物理性质及其在药剂学上的应用,以促进其进一步开发利用.

Abstract

Zein is an alcohol soluble protein extracted from corns and has been included in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Zein is renewable,non-toxic,biocompatible,and biodegradable,making it a popular choice for pharmaceutical excipients.Zein can improve drug stability,enhance oral bioavailability,control drug release,enhance drug targeting,and effectively improve drug efficacy.In addition,Zein contains free hydroxyl and amino groups,which provide many modification sites to hybridize with other materials to create functional drug delivery systems.This article aimed to systematically introduce the physical properties of Zein and its applications in pharmaceutics to demonstrate its development potential and promote its further application.
