Application of spectrum and efficacy in traditional Chinese medicine and progresss
The spectrum and efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is a method that uses data analysis to correlate the characteristic peaks of effective substance groups with the efficacy information of TCM,and reflects the complex relationship between the qualitative components of TCM and the efficacy intensity.Since the spectrum and efficacy concept of TCM was proposed,due to its significant advantages in the fine expression of the overall characteristics of the active ingredient group of TCM and the connection between the multi-index and multi-target mechanism of action of TCM,it has been widely used in the quality control,pharmacodynamic substance base,pre-and post-processing efficacy and effective site screening.By sorting out the relevant literature and materials of the research on the spectrum-efficacy relationship of TCM in recent years,this paper combined and refined the research strategies of the spectrum-efficacy relationship of TCM and the research status in various fields to continuously expand and improve the spectrum-efficacy of TCM.At the same time,the core problems were analyzed in the current research on the spectrum-efficacy relationship of TCM.This paper aiming to provide a reference for the in-depth study of spectrum-efficacy of TCM.
