Content of 6 flavonoids in medicinal parts of Dasiphora fruticosa(L.)Rydb
Objective To establish a method to determine the content of catechin,quercetin-3-O-(6"-galloyl)-β-D-galactopyranoside,hyperoside,isoquercitrin,avicularin and tiliroside in 4 medicinal parts of Dasiphora fruticosa(L.)Rydb, including leaves, flowers, fruits and branches, and to compare the content in different medicinal parts. Methods Agilent Poroshell 120 PFP column(4.6 mmX 150 mm,2.7 μm)was used.Acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid aqueous solution was used as the mobile phase for gradient elution, with the switching detection wavelength of 280 nm and 354 nm.The column temperature was 30 ℃,and the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1.The histogram and stacked column chart were plotted to characterize the content of 6 chemical components in different medicinal parts. The Spearman correlation analysis of the content of chemical components was conducted with"Chiplot"mapping platform. Results The total content of the 6 chemical components in different parts was as follows:flowers>leaves>fruits>branches.Spearman correlation analysis showed a strong positive correlation between the content of isoquercitrin and hyperoside, isoquercitrin and tiliroside, hyperoside and tiliroside, with correlation coefficients of 0.98,0.93 and 0.93,respectively.Conclusion The study provides a basis for the quality control, clinical application, and rational development and utilization of Dasiphora fruticosa.
