藏药川西小黄菊质量标准研究

目的 提升藏药川西小黄菊的质量标准.方法 参照2020年版《中国药典》四部通则,以7批不同来源的川西小黄菊为研究对象,对其进行性状、显微、薄层色谱鉴别及水分、总灰分、浸出物和含量测定研究.结果 川西小黄菊在性状、显微和薄层色谱鉴别方面均具有专属性特征;水分含量为9.18%~12.00%,总灰分含量为6.48%~7.98%,酸不溶性灰分含量为1.28%~1.62%,热浸法水溶性浸出物含量为25.32%~34.05%,建议暂定药材中水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分含量分别不得过13.0%、8.0%、1.8%,热浸法水溶性浸出物含量不得少于24.0%.川西小黄菊中总黄酮在18.892~113.352 mg·L-1(r=1.000)内与吸光度线性关系良好;平均回收率(n=6)为97.6%(RSD=2.4%),方法准确度良好;建议暂定川西小黄菊含总黄酮以芦丁(C27H30O16)计不得少于2.5%.结论 该研究结果可为川西小黄菊药材的质量控制和标准提高提供参考.
Quality standard for Tibetan Pyrethrum tatsienense(Bur.et Franch.)Ling
Objective To improve the quality standard of Tibetan Pyrethrum tatsienense(Bur.et Franch.)Ling.Methods According to the 2020 Chinese Pharmacopoeia(Volume Ⅳ),7 batches of Tibetan Pyrethrum tatsienense(Bur.et Franch.)Ling from different sources were studied.The appearance characteristics,microscopic,thin layer chromatography identification,and moisture,total ash,extract,and content were identified.Results Pyrethrum tatsienense(Bur.et Franch.)Ling was specific in character,under the microscope and in thin layer chromatography identification.The content ranges of moisture,total ash,acid insoluble ash and the water-soluble extract of hot leaching were 9.18%~12.00%,6.48%~7.98%,1.28%~1.62%,and 25.32%~34.05%,respectively.The content of moisture,total ash and acid insoluble ash was supposed to be no more than 13.0%,8.0%and 1.8%,respectively.The water-soluble extract of hot leaching should be no less than 24.0%.A good linearity of total flavonoids in Pyrethrum tatsienense(Bur.et Franch.)Ling occurred at 18.892~113.352 mg·L-1(r=1.000),and the average recovery was 97.6%(RSD=2.4%),with good method accuracy.The content of total flavonoids in the Pyrethrum tatsienense(Bur.et Franch.)Ling should be no less than 2.5%.Conclusion The study provides a scientific basis for the quality control and improvement of Pyrethrum tatsienense(Bur.et Franch.)Ling.
