摘要
我国南瓜资源丰富,作为药食同源大宗食品,历代本草中记载其诸多部位均可入药.南瓜各部位含有糖类成分、有机酸类、四萜类成分、挥发性成分等有效成分,具有补气、宽胸、安胎、利水、消瘀、解毒等作用.本文通过查阅古代本草及现代文献,对南瓜不同部位的本草学、化学成分、药理作用及资源利用状况研究进行综述,以期为南瓜资源的深度开发利用提供参考.
Abstract
China has rich pumpkin resources.As a popular food with the same origin as medicine and food,many parts of pumpkin can be used as medicine according to the records of herbal medicine in ancient dynasties.Each part of pumpkin contains effective components such as saccharides,organic acids,tetraterpenes,volatile components and so on.It can replenish the Qi,relieve chest,distention,protect pregnancy,promote urination,remove blood stasis,and remove toxins.This paper retrieved ancient herbal medicine and modern literatures,reviewed research on herbal medicine,chemical compositions,pharmacological effect and resource utilization of different parts of pumpkin to provide reference for the development and utilization of pumpkin resources.
