Establishment of a big data platform for clinical comprehensive evaluation of drugs and its scientific research service system
Objective To establish a big data platform for the clinical comprehensive evaluation of drugs,to integrate clinical research,and support the clinical comprehensive drug evaluation.Methods Hadoop and MPP hybrid architecture were used.Stream computing,distributed computing,offline computing,columnar storage,and other technologies were also used to collect and mass process various medical data.Through the big data platform,the entire dataset was classified,stratified,and modeled to create a unified data mart and data indicators.This provided data support for subsequent large-scale retrieval,scientific research analysis,monitoring,and early warning.Results A big data platform for the clinical comprehensive evaluation of drugs in Hunan was established.This platform included a retrieval system that intelligently and conveniently retrieved drug instructions,clinical cases,and guidelines.Additionally,as a scientific research service system,it integrated intelligent retrieval,statistical analysis,project management,case search,and other functions.A project management platform facilitated the entire process of scientific research project management,including ethics review,project application,project management,project outcome,fund management,and statistical summary.Conclusion The big data platform helps standardize the procedure for drug evaluation and monitor the safety of drugs.
