倍半萜类化合物的心血管保护作用与机制研究进展

倍半萜类化合物结构骨架类型多样,广泛存在于自然界中,并具有多种多样的生理活性,在保护心血管方面发挥重要作用.目前,倍半萜类化合物主要具有改善心肌肥厚、改善心肌缺血、减轻心肌梗死、保护内皮细胞损伤、抗动脉粥样硬化等生理活性,通过调节多种途径发挥保护心血管作用,如抑制氧化应激反应及调控NF-κB、PI3K/Akt、ERK1/2、TGF-β1/Smad等相关信号通路.本文综述该类化合物对心血管的保护作用及其机制研究,为倍半萜的进一步开发利用提供参考价值.
Advances in cardiovascular protective effect and mechanism of sesquiterpenoids
Sesquiterpenoids have many structural skeletons and are widely distributed in the nature,with various physiological activities and playing important roles in protecting the cardiovascular system.Sesquiterpenoids mainly improve myocardial hypertrophy,ameliorate myocardial ischaemia,attenuate myocardial infarction,protect against endothelial cell damage and atherosclerosis.These compounds exert cardiovascular protective effects through various pathways,including inhibition of oxidative stress and modulation of related signalling pathways,such as NF-κB,PI3K/Akt,ERK1/2,and TGF-β1/Smad.This paper reviewed the cardiovascular protective effects of these compounds and their mechanism for further development sesquiterpenes.
