摘要
斑马鱼作为一种新型的实验动物模型,具有生命周期短、繁殖率高、胚胎发育迅速且透明、与人类疾病的基因和机制有着高度保守性等优点.这些特定的生理学优势使得斑马鱼被广泛应用于疾病研究和药物研发等领域,也被许多医药研发机构用来评价药物的疗效与安全性.斑马鱼可用于药物筛选、药效学评价、药代动力学研究及安全性评价等方面.然而斑马鱼模型也存在一些局限性,如缺乏实验技术方法的规范性和实验用动物的标准化.本文综述斑马鱼在药理毒理研究中的应用进展,以期为斑马鱼在临床前新药研发的应用中提供参考和帮助.
Abstract
As a novel laboratory animal model,zebrafish has short lifecycle,high reproduction rate,rapid embryonic development,and high similarity with genes and mechanism human diseases.These specific physiological advantages enable zebrafish to be widely used in disease research and drug development,as well as drug efficacy and safety evaluation in many pharmaceutical institutions.Zebrafish can be used in drug screening,pharmacokinetics,and safety evaluation.However,there are some limitations in the zebrafish model,such as lack of standardization of experimental techniques and animal standards.This papre reviewed the progress in the application of zebrafish in pharmacological and toxicological research,to provide references for further application of zebrafish in preclinical drug development.
