Chemical composition analysis of Twenty-five Flavor Soup pills based on UPLC-LTQ-Orbitrap-MS
Objective To identify the chemical components of Twenty-five Flavor Soup pills by UPLC-LTQ-Orbitrap-MS method.Methods The detection was carried out using ultra performance liquid chromatography-linear ion trap-electrostatic field orbitrap high-resolution mass spectrometry(UPLC-LTQ-Orbitrap-MS),and the data were collected in the positive and negative ion modes,and the target compounds were screened using TraceFinder 4.1 software to analyse the compound characteristic fragment ions,combined with the relevant literature for systematic analysis of the data and the attribution of the traditional Chinese medicine sources of each component.Results Totally 102 compounds were identified in the positive and negative ion modes,including 30 flavonoids,22 organic acids,11 terpenes and triterpenes,17 phenylpropanoids,10 tannins,and 12 other compounds.Conclusion The application of UPLC-LTQ-Orbitrap-MS technology can rapidly,effectively and comprehensively characterise the main chemical components in Twenty-five Flavor Soup pills,and provide the basis for the in-depth revelation of its pharmacological substances and mechanism of action.
