天然法尼醇X受体激动剂对腹泻型肠易激综合征的治疗潜力

摘要
受饮食习惯、社会和心理压力等因素的影响,腹泻型肠易激综合征在国内的患病率越来越高,其中不少患者伴随胆汁酸代谢异常.法尼醇X受体(FXR)是参与胆汁酸代谢的关键受体,可以调控胆汁酸合成.本文总结了对腹泻型肠易激综合征具有潜在治疗作用的天然FXR激动剂,其药理作用主要包括改善临床症状,调节胆汁酸代谢,改善肠屏障损伤以及调节肠道菌群.天然FXR激动剂有望成为治疗伴胆汁酸代谢异常腹泻型肠易激综合征的潜力药物.
Abstract
Affected by dietary habits,social and psychological pressure and other factors,the irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea in China is getting more prevalent.Many patients are accompanied by abnormal bile acid metabolism.Farnesoid X receptor(FXR)is a key receptor involved in the bile acid metabolism and can regulate bile acid synthesis.This article summarized the potential therapeutic effect of natural FXR agonists on irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea,which mainly included improving clinical symptoms,regulating bile acid metabolism,improving intestinal barrier damage,and regulating intestinal flora.Natural FXR agonists are expected to be potential drugs for irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea with abnormal bile acid metabolism.
