摘要
对乙酰氨基酚(APAP)是应用最广泛的解热镇痛药之一,过量服用可导致急性肝损伤,甚至急性肝衰竭.近年来,植物类天然产物因具有多靶点、多途径、低毒性等优点,被广泛用于防治药物性肝损伤的研究.因此,本文对APAP诱导肝损伤的发生情况和相关机制,以及植物类天然产物改善APAP致肝损伤的作用机制研究进行综述,以期为防治APAP致肝损伤提供参考.
Abstract
Acetaminophen(APAP)is a widely used antipyretic and analgesic drug,but its overdose may lead to acute liver injury or even acute liver failure.Recently,plant-derived natural products have attracted much attention in preventing and treating drug-induced liver injury for their potential multi-target effects,multiple pathways,and low toxicity.This paper reviewed the incidence and mechanisms of APAP-induced liver injury,and the progress in the protective effects of plant-derived natural products against APAP-induced liver damage,to provide a reference for prevention and treatment of APAP-induced liver injury.
