天然产物抗心肌缺血/再灌注损伤分子机制的研究进展

心肌缺血/再灌注损伤(myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury,MIRI)机制主要涉及氧化应激、炎症反应、钙超载、细胞凋亡、自噬和能量代谢障碍等.天然产物因具有低毒性、多靶点等优势,已被广泛应用于心脑血管疾病的防治,为了深入研究它们对MIRI的治疗机制,本文综合评述了天然产物在抗MIRI相关信号通路方面的研究进展,并利用网络药理学分析技术预测天然产物治疗MIRI的机制.由于天然产物机制复杂,完全阐明其抗MIRI分子机制仍任重道远.
Research progress in the molecular mechanism of natural products against myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury
The mechanism of myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury(MIRI)primarily involves oxidative stress,inflammatory response,calcium overload,cell apoptosis,autophagy,and energy metabolism disorders.Natural products have been widely used in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases due to their of low toxicity and multiple targets.To further determine their therapeutic mechanisms for MIRI,this paper comprehensively reviewed the progress in the study of natural products related to the signaling pathways of MIRI.It also discussed the mechanism of natural products against MIRI with network pharmacological analysis.Due to the complex of natural medicines,there is still a long way to go to fully elucidate their molecular mechanisms of alleviating MIRI.
