HPLC fingerprint and multi-index content determination of Anari Wuwei power
Objective To establish the fingerprint and multi-index content determination method for Mongolian medicine Anari Wuwei power,and provide a basis for its quality control.Methods Sepax HP-C18(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm)chromatographic column was used with methanol 0.1%phosphoric acid solution as the mobile phase in gradient elution.The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was 275 nm,the column temperature was 30 ℃,and the injection volume was 10 μL.The fingerprint spectra of 15 batches of Anari Wuwei power were established.Quantitative analysis of multi-components by single-marker was used to measure the content of 5 components.Results The HPLC fingerprint of Anari Wuwei powder identified 12 common peaks,and 7 components,namely protocatechuic acid,gallic acid,pomegranate glycoside,cinnamaldehyde,ellagic acid,piperine,and quercetin.The content of 5 components was measured with quantitative analysis of multi-components by single-marker and was compared with that of the external standard method.The 15 batches of Anari Wuwei powder were consistent.Through methodological verification,the linear relationship was good(r≥0.9990),and the recovery ranged from 95.0%to 105.0%.Conclusion The fingerprint and multi-index content determination method are accurate,efficient,and highly characteristics,which can provide reference for the quality control of Anari Wuwei power.
