摘要

目的 研究带量采购政策对某院口服降糖药原研药和仿制药使用情况的影响,并探讨由此带来的启示和思考.方法 利用Excel软件对某院口服降糖药的单价、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)、仿制药替代率及实际节省费用等数据进行分析.结果 带量采购政策实施后,原研药和仿制药价格都产生了联动下降,其中中选品种阿卡波糖片原研药价格降幅达到91.39%;原研药用药频度下降了 8.23%,使用金额下降了 85.81%;仿制药用药频度增加了825.14%,而使用金额却下降了 5.02%;仿制药替代率由2.07%上升至82.61%.总实际节省费用高达443.67万元.结论 带量采购政策实施后,不仅降低了药品费用,一定程度上减轻了患者的经济负担,还极大地促进了口服降糖药仿制药替代原研药的进展.

Abstract

Objective To determine the influence of volume-based procurement on the use of original and generic oral hypoglycemic drugs in a hospital,and reflect on the influence.Methods Excel software was used to summarize the drug price,defined daily dose(DDDs),defined daily cost(DDC),substitution rate and cost saving of oral hypoglycemic drugs in a hospital.Results After the implementation of volume-based procurement,the prices of both original and generic drugs fell.Among them,the unit price of original acarbose decreased 91.39%.The DDDs of original drugs decreased by 8.23%,and the total cost decreased by 85.81%.The DDDs of generic drugs increased by 825.14%,while the total cost decreased by 5.02%.The substitution rate of generic drugs increased from 2.07%to 82.61%,the total cost savings reaching 4.44 million.Conclusion The implementation of volume-based procurement not only reduces the cost of drugs and alleviates the economic burden of patients,but also greatly promotes the replacement of original drugs with generic oral hypoglycemic drugs.
