目的 准确有效地识别静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)药学服务的临床需求,根据需求设计PIVAS药学服务模式,提升药学服务质量.方法 对我院临床护理人员进行PIVAS需求问卷调研,通过Kano模型对临床需求进行属性分析,同时基于质量功能展开(QFD)理论以临床需求属性为导向进行方案设计,搭建质量屋模型.结果 收集16个临床需求,通过权重排序确定提高工作效率和提升临床沟通满意度为两大攻坚点,制订我院PIVAS药学服务的方策为:①优化智能审方系统;②优化工作流程;③完善绩效考核制度;④建立PIVAS药师与临床沟通新模式.结论 通过Kano模型与QFD模型的结合,更加准确地将临床需求转化为PIVAS药学实践,实现以临床需求为驱动的PIVAS药学服务模式.
Demand analysis and service model construction of PIVAS pharmacy service based on Kano-QFD model
Objective To accurately and effectively identify the clinical demands of pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS)pharmacy service,design PIVAS pharmacy service model according to the demands,and improve the quality of pharmacy service.Methods PIVAS demand questionnaire was prepared for clinical nursing staff in our hospital,and attribute analysis of clinical demand was conducted out through the Kano model.Meanwhile,programme was designed based on the QFD theory with the attributes of clinical demand as the guide,and the quality house model was constructed.Results Totally 16 clinical demands were collected,improving efficiency and satisfactory communication satisfaction were the two main aspects in weighted ranking,and the PIVAS pharmacy service policy was as follows:① optimization of the intelligent prescription system;② workflow simplification;③ optimizing performance appraisal system;④ establishment of a PIVAS pharmacist-clinical communication system.Conclusion By the combination of Kano model and QFD model,we accurately translate clinical demands into PIVAS pharmacy practice to facilitate PIVAS pharmacy service driven by clinical demands.
