The Balance Between Protection and Development in the Preservation of Historical and Cultural Blocks——Interpretation of the Content of Law Malraux and Analysis of Its Historical Conditions
Law Malraux is widely regarded as the origin of the concept of historical and cultural blocks in China's heritage research.However,there have been few studies in China that discusses Law Malraux,and no comprehensive and accurate translation and explanation of the law content have been provided,making it harder for researchers to elucidate its significance in the history of heritage protection.This study aims to clarify the content of the Law Malraux by providing a translation and interpretation of the original text of the law.By examining the development history of the French heritage protection system and the situation of French urban restoration during the time of the law's establishment,this study also aims to analyze the historical conditions that contributed to the promulgation of Law Malraux and explain its significance in the history of heritage protection,seeking to find the balance between protection and development in historical and cultural blocks.
