The Overall Protection and Dynamic Inheritance of Traditional Handicraft Living Heritage——The Example of the"Xianshi Soy Sauce Brewing Workshop Group"
The"Xianshi Soy Sauce Brewing Workshop Group"located in Xianshi Town,Hejiang County,Sichuan Province,is a typical representative of the"traditional handicraft living heritage".Through detailed investigation and continuous tracking of the"Xianshi Soy Sauce Brewing Workshop Group",we have analyzed its typical characteristics such as the"combination of tangible and intangible heritage,long-term interaction between humans and nature,and continuous evolution",and identified core values including serving as a testimony to the Chinese nation's creation of a better life,representative of ancient Chinese soy sauce brewing technology,and as a cultural landscape of brewing workshops in the southwestern mountainous areas.In this article,we have summarized the experience of the"Xianshi Soy Sauce Brewing Workshop Group"in overall protection and dynamic inheritance,and analyzed the"changes"and"continuity"of heritage value elements in protection and inheritance.
