摘要

为研究国外高超声速领域最新发展现状和趋势,系统梳理了 2023年世界主要国家在高超声速技术领域的重要动向.通过综合分析国外官方机构和权威网站报道,以及预算文件等信息,从发展规划、预算投入、组织管理、装备研发、技术创新、试验能力、工业能力、基础/应用研究等多维度,梳理了美国、俄罗斯、英国、法国、日本、加拿大、瑞士和伊朗等国家2023年在高超声速技术领域的重大进展.研究结果表明,2023年,国外高超声速技术发展势头依然强劲,高超声速导弹仍是多国当前发展重点,重复使用高超声速飞行器研制获得重视,并提速发展.高超声速试验能力增强,高超声速工业基础不断夯实,保障高超声速技术长远发展.

Abstract

In order to study the latest development status and trends in the field of foreign hypersonics,the important trends in the field of hypersonic technology in the world's major countries in 2023 are systematically sorted out.Through comprehensively analyzing reports from foreign official agencies,authoritative websites and budget allocation documents,major progresses in hypersonic field of countries like the United States,Russia,the United Kingdom,France,Japan,Canada,Switzerland and Iran in 2023 are sorted out in aspects of development planning,budget investment,organizational management,equipment research and development,technological innovation,experimental capabilities,industrial capabilities,and basic/applied research.Research results show that in 2023,the trend of foreign hypersonic technology is developed robustly,and hypersonic missiles will still be the current development focus of many countries.The development of reusable hypersonic aircraft has received attention and is accelerating development.Hypersonic testing capabilities and the foundation of the hypersonic industry had been enhanced to ensure the long-term development of hypersonic technology.
