导弹装备软件全寿命周期成本分析与控制策略

针对当前导弹装备软件规模大幅增加而导致全寿命周期成本增加的问题,分析当前软件研制程序和费用估计方法,剖析软件研制成本居高不下的原因,并指出当前导弹软件输入中数学模型设计存在的问题.从模型设计、过程管理及配置管理等三个角度,提出一系列降低软件全寿命周期成本的方法.其中,模型设计针对软件输入文件进行优化,含数学模型模块化设计及模块化仿真;过程管理针对软件开发过程进行优化,含软件产品化开发、验收流程优化及自动化编码策略等;配置管理针对软件保障进行优化,含人员、制度及实用工具引入等优化策略.此系列策略可为导弹低成本正向设计提供方法,也可为类似研制项目提供相关参考.
Life cycle cost analysis and control strategy of missile equipment software
In response to the significant increase in software scale of missile equipment,which leads to an increase in full life cycle costs,the current software development program and cost estimation methods are analyzed,and the reasons for the high software development costs are analyzed.The problems of the input mathematical models are pointed out.A series of methods are proposed to reduce software life cycle costs from three perspectives of model design,process management and configuration management.The model design focuses on optimizing software input files,including modular design of mathematical models and modular simulation.The process management focuses on software development process optimization,including software product development,acceptance process optimization and automated coding strategies.The configuration management is aimed at the support stage,including optimization strategies with personnel,systems and practical tools.These methods provide a low-cost forward design method for missiles and relevant references for similar development projects.
