立足于未来军事智能化的大背景,针对防空反导指挥控制的智能化发展趋势,对人工智能技术在指挥控制系统中的应用进行了梳理,在此基础上,分析了防空反导智能指挥控制的发展需求和面临的威胁挑战.总结了情报信息智能处理技术、战场态势自主认知技术、智能决策方案生成技术、人机高效交互技术和作战效能智能化评估技术等指挥控制智能化发展的关键技术.提出了基于OODA环构建未来指控架构体系、基于混合智能提升战场态势认知水平、基于规则数据提升辅助决策分析能力和基于人机交互技术创新军事训练手段等防空反导指挥控制智能化发展的建议.
Research on the development of air defense and anti-missile intelligent command and control
Based on the background of future military intelligence,for the intelligent development trend of air defense and anti-missile command and control,the application of artificial intelligence technology in command and control system is sorted out.On this basis,the development needs and threat challenges faced by air defense and anti-missile intelligent command and control are analyzed.The key technologies for the intelligent development of command and control,such as the intelligent processing technology of information,the autonomous cognitive technology of battlefield situation,the intelligent decision-making scheme generating technology,the high-efficiency human-machine interaction technology and the intelligent assessment technology of combat effectiveness are summarized.Proposals for the intelligent development of air defense and anti-missile command and control are put forward,such as building a future architecture system based on the OODA,enhancing the level of battlefield situational awareness based on hybrid intelligence,improving the auxiliary decision-making and analysis capability based on rule-based data,and innovating military training means based on human-computer interaction technology.
