为分析掌握美网络战装备领域年度重大发展动向,在综合战略政策、预算文件、高官言论等信息后,总结分析了美网络战装备在顶层规划、网络空间态势感知、网络防御、网络攻击、演习演训等方面的最新发展动向,提出了网络战装备将更加高效敏捷、装备选择将更加丰富,生成式人工智能工具本身面临严峻安全风险、人与智能网络系统更加协作等观点.及时掌握美网络战装备最新发展动向和未来发展方向,有助于为未来网络战装备建设及运用提供支持.
Abstract
It is summarized and analyzed the latest US cyber warfare developments on top-level cyber strategy planning,cyber situational awareness,cyber defense,cyber offensive,exercises and training after integrating information from strategic policies,budget documents,and high-level official statements.Cyber warfare equipment will be more efficient and agile,and cyber warfare equipment selection will be more abundant.Generative artificial intelligence tools are facing severely security risks,and there will be more collaboration between humans and artificial intelligence cyber systems.Timely understanding of the latest developments and future developments in US cyber warfare equipment is helpful in supporting furture cyber warfare equipment construction and deployment.
