摘要

对直升机星形柔性桨毂连接螺栓断裂及相应衬套断裂的故障现象进行了阐述,利用显微、能谱分析、金相组织等检查手段,从外观、断口和强度等多方面进行原因分析,得出螺栓断裂是由于拧紧力矩丢失造成的疲劳破坏所致.通过加强使用监控要求和提高螺栓拧紧力矩裕度等方法,该故障得以解决.

Abstract

The failure phenomenon of the fracture of blade hub bolt and corresponding bushing of a star-flex hub was illustrated.By means of microscopic means,energy spectrum analysis,metallo-graphic structure inspection,the reasons from multiple aspects such as appearance fracture surface and strength were analyzed,and it was concluded that the fatigue failure of the bolt was caused by the loss of tightening torque,and the suitable treatment scheme was put forward in combination the reasons.This fault was resolved by increasing the design margin of tightening torque and strengthe-ning the monitoring of usage.
