动力吸振器在直升机减振上的应用及效果验证

基于无阻尼动力吸振器设计原理和直升机实际指标需求设计了一种可变刚度和可调质量的动力吸振器,并利用有限元模型对吸振器进行了动特性分析和减振效率分析,最终通过飞行试验验证动力吸振器的实际装机效果.测试数据结果表明动力吸振器有较好的减振效果,为后续其它型号的动力吸振器研制积累了工程经验,提供了参考.
Application and Effect Verification of Dynamic Vibration Absorber in Helicopter Vibration Reduction
In this paper,a dynamic vibration absorber with variable stiffness and adjustable mass was designed based on the design principle of undamped dynamic vibration absorber and the actual requirements of helicopter indicators.The dynamic characteristics and the vibration reduction effi-ciency of the dynamic vibration absorber were analyzed by finite element model,and the actual in-stallation effect of the dynamic vibration absorber was verified by flight test.The test results showed that it had a good damping effect,which accumulated engineering experience and provided reference for the subsequent development of other types of dynamic vibration absorber.
