民用运输类直升机鸟撞适航审定技术研究

直升机作为低空域航空器,发生鸟撞的概率很高.随着直升机飞行速度的提高,鸟撞事故的危害性在增强,鸟撞对民用直升机使用安全性的危害不容忽视.基于CCAR-29 规章中对鸟撞的条款要求,针对运输类直升机的自身特点,通过对直升机鸟撞的要求进行条款解析,归纳梳理出符合性验证路线图,明晰了鸟撞符合性验证需要开展的工作.另外结合一民机鸟撞条款符合性验证工作,对审查过程中的关注要素进行了探讨,为直升机鸟撞符合性审查提供一定的思路和参考,以满足型号研制和审定工作的需要.
Research on Bird Strike Airworthiness Certification Technology of Civil Transport Helicopter
As a low altitude space aircraft,helicopter has a high probability of bird strike.Mean-while,with the increase of flight speed,the harm of bird strike accidents for helicopter is also gradu-ally increasing.The harm of bird strike to the safety of civil helicopter cannot be ignored.Based on the requirements of bird strike in the CCAR-29 regulations and the characteristics of transport heli-copters,the bird strike clause was researched,the road-map of compliance verification was sum-marized and sorted out and the work was clarified that needed to be carried out in bird strike compli-ance in this paper.In addition,combined with the verification of the bird strike of one type civil helicopter,the concerned factors in the certification process were discussed,which provided some i-deas and references for the helicopter bird strike compliance review,so as to meet the needs of heli-copter development and certification.
