直升机起落架高海况限位能力分析及试验验证

在高海况海浪及海风的扰动下,轮式起落架直升机的缓冲器的伸缩运动易导致直升机姿态发生倾斜或引起冲击,对船载平台直升机的使用有一定危险性.对起落架安装伸缩限制器后的活动量值进行理论分析,得到了起落架安装伸缩限制器后的位移活动量值,并进行了起落架限位试验;对理论分析及试验结果进行了比较,理论计算结果与试验结果误差不大于10%,伸缩限制器最大位移量不大于15 mm.
Analysis and Experimental Verification of High Sea Condition Limit Capability of Helicopter Landing Gear
Under the disturbance of high sea conditions waves and wind,the telescopic motion of the buffer of wheeled landing gear helicopter can easily cause the helicopter's attitude to tilt or cause impact,which poses certain risks to the use of shipborne platform helicopter.This paper theo-rectically analyzed the movement value of the landing gear after installing the telescopic limiter,ob-tain the displacement activity value of the landing gear after installing the telescopic limiter,and conduct landing gear limit tests.The theoretical analysis and experimental results were compared,and the error between the theoretical calculation results and the experimental results was not more than 10%.The maximum displacement of the telescopic limiter was not more than 15mm.
