Research on Adhesive Defect Analysis and Peplacement Technology of Anti-deicing Electric Heating Components
Aiming at the thin-walled multi-layer bonding structure of the composite blade anti-deicing electric heating composite,the detection ability of laser speckle and ultrasonic imaging de-tection technology in the internal adhesive defects of the electric heating component was analyzed,and the corresponding inspection equipment or equipment was designed.A set of special anti-dei-cing electric heating component replacement and repair method was innovated.The iron cladding stripping tool was used to clamp the iron cladding and peel the iron cladding by using the Du-bar principle.Established a standard process system for the replacements and repair of electric heating components.
