Research on Air Cooling Heat Dissipation Effect of Unmanned Helicopter Main Decelerator based on CFD
The traditional unmanned helicopter main decelerator lubricating oil system adopts the oil cooling method.This configuration design has a large number of finished products,a large amount of management and coordination work,and a large system weight.In order to optimize the system,this paper calculated and analyzed the heat dissipation effect of the air-cooling main decelerator lubrica-ting oil system on the main decelerator based on the CFD method.The research results showed that when the air inlet flow rate reached 0.24 kg/s,the heat exchange between the air and the main de-celerator was equivalent to the oil-cooling heat dissipation power,and the main decelerator lubrica-ting oil system could reduce weight by about 53%.By conducting a detailed analysis of the flow field,the optimization direction of the system was determined.By calculating the flow field under different air intake volumes,the relationship function between the heat exchange of the air and the main decelerator and the air intake volume,and the relationship function between theoretically cal-culated power consumption and the air intake volume were fitted.
