摘要

为科学规划论证新型运输直升机装备的体系定位,亟需加强规划论证阶段的体系贡献率研究.首先分别从体系能力和体系效能的角度,以能力-效能的评估流程框架为牵引,构建适用于规划论证阶段的作战能力和作战效能评估指标体系.采用熵权改进的TOPSIS方法评估新型运输直升机装备的体系贡献率,最后结合仿真试验实例验证了该方法的有效性.结果表明,该方法能在一定程度上支撑新型运输直升机装备的规划论证研究.

Abstract

In order to scientifically plan and demonstrate the system orientation of new transport hel-icopter equipment,it is urgent to strengthen the research on the system contribution rate in the plan-ning demonstration stage.Firstly,from the perspective of system capability and system effectiveness respectively,guided by the framework of capability-effectiveness evaluation process,an operational capability and operational effectiveness evaluation index system suitable for the stage of planning demonstration were constructed.The TOPSIS method with improved entropy weight was used to eval-uate the system contribution rate of new transport helicopter equipment.Finally,the effectiveness of this method was verified by simulation test examples.The results showed that this method could sup-port the planning demonstration and research of new transport helicopter equipment to a certain ex-tent.
