为满足直升机关键承力部件的应变监测需求,结合光纤光栅灵敏度高、体积小、抗电磁干扰、易于分布式组网的特点,提出构建基于光纤光栅的分布式应变场监测系统.通过对光纤光栅的应变传递及传感器布设方案进行理论分析,设计了基于三次样条函数插值的应变场反演算法.与Ansys有限元仿真数据进行验证对比,应变场反演平均误差为5.24%,表明该方法可以实时准确地获得部件受载荷下的应变场信息.
Strain Field Reconstruction Method based on Fiber Grating
In order to meet the strain monitoring requirements of helicopter key load-bearing com-ponents,a distributed strain field monitoring system based on fiber gratings was proposed in combi-nation with the characteristics of high sensitivity,small size,anti-electromagnetic interference and easy distribution networking.The strain field inversion algorithm based on cubic spline function in-terpolation was designed by theoretically analyzing the strain transfer and sensor arrangement of fiber gratings.Compared with Ansys finite element simulation data,the average error of strain field inver-sion was 5.24%,the results showed that this method could obtain real-time and accurate informa-tion of strain field under load.
