Study on the characteristic graph and quality correlation of Radix Glycyrrhizae granules
The aim was to establish the determination method and fingerprint of liquiritin and ammonium glycyrrhizinate in Radix Glycyrrhizae granules. Methods High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was performed on Eclipse Plus C18 column(4.6 mm×250.0 mm,5 pm)with detection wavelength of 237 nm.Acetonitrile(A)-0.05%phosphoric acid(B)was used as mobile phase.Gradient elution was adopted, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature chamber was 30℃,and the sample size was 10 μL.The results showed that there were 12 common peaks in 10 batches of samples, and the similarity was greater than 0.901.Two index components, liquiritin and ammonium glycyrrhizinate, were identified and quantitatively analyzed. The linear relationship was good(R2>0.999 8),and the average recovery rate was 99.67%-102.42%.The experiment is simple, quick and accurate. It can be used to determine the content of liquiritin and ammonium glycyrrhizinate in Radix Glycyrrhizae granules and evaluate the quality of Radix Glycyrrhizae granules.
