Practice of blended teaching in acupuncture and moxibustion experiment of Chinese veterinary medicine
Chinese veterinary medicine is a core course of animal medicine specialty,and it is also a highly practical subject.As an important part of the practice teaching of Chinese veterinary medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion experiment is an important way to cultivate students'knowledge of the basic theories of Chinese veterinary medicine and enhance the experimental skills.Yet there are several problems such as short class time,complicated content,insufficiency of teaching demonstration,few channels for information feedback,over-reliance on group,insufficient participation in practice,single examination system,and low objectivity of results.Based on the above problems a blended teaching reform of acupuncture and moxibustion experiment in Chinese veterinary medicine was held by the teaching group.With the help of the Super Star learning platform,a new teaching pattern divided into three stages containing pre-class,in-class and after-class was established.Through the combination of online and offline methods and a variety of teaching methods,the theoretical foundation was consolidated.The video knowledge of acupoint explanation before class is introduced to attract students to actively preview,the interaction between teachers and students in the identification of acupoints during class enhances students'practical operation ability,and the group video shooting after class strengthens knowledge memory.Focusing on the connection and comprehensive application throughout the whole teaching process of Chinese veterinary medicine based on syndrome differentiation and treatment,and establishing a unique evaluation system,which provides an effective way to improve acupuncture and moxibustion experiment in Chinese veterinary medicine teachers'practical teaching level and enhance students'practical techniques.
