不同种类的盐对炮制川楝子-小茴香药对化学成分的影响

考察不同种类的盐对川楝子-小茴香药对炮制后化学成分的影响,为筛选炮制辅料用盐提供参考.采用不同厂家、不同地区生产的盐,按照2020年版《中华人民共和国药典》方法对川楝子-小茴香(1∶1)药对进行炮制,采用HPLC方法测定各炮制品中川楝素、异川楝素、α-蒎烯、反式茴香脑的含量,采用SPSS统计学方法比较其含量差异.结果显示,5种盐炙样品(S1~S5)中α-蒎烯和反式茴香脑的含量均无显著性差异(P>0.05);S2样品中异川楝素和川楝素的含量显著高于其他组样品(P<0.01或P<0.05),其他组样品中川楝素和异川楝素的含量均无显著性差异(P>0.05).结果提示,5种盐对川楝子-小茴香药对中α-蒎烯和反式茴香脑含量的影响相似,Y2号盐(低钠盐)炮制后样品中川楝素和异川楝素含量高于其他盐炙样品.因此,结合文献研究及药效安全性的考虑,优选除低钠盐外的普通盐作为川楝子-小茴香药对的炮制用辅料.
Effects of different types of salt on the chemical composition of processing Fructus Toosendan-Fructus Foeniculi drug pair
This study aims to investigate the effects of different types of salt on the chemical composition of processing Fructus Toosendan-Fructus Foeniculi drug pair,providing a reference for selecting salt for processing excipients.Salts produced by different manufacturers and regions were used to process Fructus Toosendan-Fructus Foeniculi(1∶1)drug pair according to the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.HPLC method was used to determine the content of toosendanin,isotoosendanin,α-pinene and transanethole in the processed products,and the content differences were compared by SPSS method.The results showed that among the 5 salt roasted samples(S1-S5),there were no significant difference in the content of α-pineneand and transanethole(P>0.05),while the content of toosendanin and isotoosendanin in S2 sample was significantly higher(P<0.01 or P<0.05)than that in other group samples.There was no significant difference in the content of toosendanin and isotoosendanin in other group samples(P>0.05).The results indicate that the five salts have similar effects on the content of α-pineneand and transanethole in Fructus Toosendan-Fructus Foeniculi.After Y2 salt(low sodium salt)processing,the content of toosendanin and isotoosendanin in the sample is higher than that in other salt roasted samples.Based on literature research and considerations of drug efficacy and safety,ordinary salts other than low sodium salts are selected as the processing excipients for Fructus Toosendan-Fructus Foeniculi drug pair.
