Quantitative relationship between ecological factors and the content of five index components in Angelicae sinensis from different habitats
This study aims to explore the quantitative relationship between ecological factors and Angelicae sinensis quality.High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to determine the contents of five index components such as ligustilide in Angelica sinensis, and SPSS 25.0 software was used to analyze the effects of ecological factors such as altitude, air temperature, sunshine hours and precipitation on the contents of the five index components in Angelica sinensis,to reveal the action rules of ecological factors on the quality of Angelica sinensis. The research results indicated that ecological factors such as altitude, temperature, sunshine duration, and precipitation could significantly affect the quality and yield of Angelicae sinensis.Within a certain altitude range, with the increase of altitude, the quality of Angelicae sinensis gradually improved, but after exceeding a certain range, the quality started to decline. The quality of Angelicae sinensis was higher when planted within an altitude range of 2 372-2 630 m.At the same time,by analyzing the impact of various ecological factors,we found that the average temperature of the whole year, the average temperature of July to September, and the precipitation of July to September had the most significant impact on Angelicae sinensis quality. In addition,we also found that Min County and Minle County of Gansu Province were suitable for Angelicae sinensis growth, while Lintan County of Gansu Province and Huzhu County of Qinghai Province had poor ecological suitability. The results of this study can provide some reference for the ecological region planning, planting, and quality improvement of Angelicae sinensis.
