摘要
猪痢疾是由猪痢疾短螺旋体引起的疾病,病猪表现为排黄灰色稀软粪便,严重者排血粪,中兽医辨证分为前、中、后三期.前期为湿热气分证,治用加减芩芍汤,如有表证则用人参败毒散,如痢下无度可加固涩药.中期为湿热血分证,常见症状是热毒血痢,治用加味白头翁汤,若热而无湿者,治用连蒲散;湿热气血两燔,治用余氏清瘟败毒饮;水瘀互结可用琥珀散;肠垢者可用清理肠道汤.后期多属气阴两虚证,治用王孟英清暑益气汤,如果津亏液燥,可用五汁安中汤合沙参麦冬汤治疗.某猪场发生猪痢疾病例,中兽医辨证为湿热,既有气分之证,又有血分之证,且水瘀互结,治则为清热利湿、凉血解毒、祛瘀利水.根据辨证组方治疗7d,病情得以控制.
Abstract
Swine dysentery is a disease caused by Brachyspira Hyodysenteiae,which produces yellow-gray soft stool and bloody excrement in severe cases.The syndrome can be divided into anterior,middle and posterior.The early stage belongs to dampness-heat in Qifen treated with Jiajian Qinshao Tang,there is the exterior syndrome treated with Renshen Baidu San,relentless dysenteric can strengthen astringent medicine.The middle stage belongs to dampness-heat in Xuefen,the common symptom is hot toxic blood dysentery treated with plus Baitouweng Tang,the cases which is only hot without wet treatment with Lianpu San.The high heat in Qifen and Xuefen caused by dampness-heat can be treated with Yushi Qingwen Baidu Yin.Water and blood stasis are intermingled,which can be treated with Hupo San;intestinal scale can be treated with traditional Chinese medicine of cleaning the intestine.Later is mostly two injuries of Qi and Yin,which can be treated with Wang Mengying Qingshu Yiqi Tang.If the body is deficient and the liquid is dry,it can be treated with Wuzhi Anzhong Tang and Shashen Maidong Tang.The cases of swine dysentery occurred in a pig farm.TCM veterinary syndrome was dampness-heat in Qifen and Xuefen,and water and blood stasis were intermingled.The treatment was to clear heat and permeate dampness,cool blood and detoxify,remove blood stasis and benefit water.According to the syndrome differentiation prescription for 7 days,the condition was controlled.
