板青颗粒特征图谱及其质量相关性研究

本研究旨在开发一种用于检测板青颗粒中靛玉红含量的方法,并进行指纹图谱分析.采用高效液相色谱技术,色谱柱选用Eclipse Plus C18柱(4.6 mm×250.0 mm,5 μm),检测波长289 nm,以甲醇-水(77∶23)为流动相,等度洗脱,流速为0.8 mL/min,柱温30℃,进样量10 μL.结果显示,在对靛玉红定性分析中线性关系良好(R2=1.000 0),平均回收率为98.07%,12批次样品中检测出共有峰7个,相似度为0.791~1.000.该方法操作简单、快捷,结果准确,可用于板青颗粒中靛玉红含量的测定及板青颗粒质量评价.
Characteristic chromatogram and quality correlation of Banqing granules
The objective was to develop a method for content determination of indirubin in Banqing granules and conduct fingerprint chromatogram.High performance liquid chromatography was used with Eclipse Plus C18 column(4.6 mm×250.0 mm,5 μm).Detection wavelength was 289 nm using methanol-water(77∶23)as the mobile phase in equimolar elution.The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min with column temperature of 30℃and injection volume of 10 μL.The results showed that in the qualitative analysis of indirubin,the linear relationship was good(R2=1.000 0),and the average recovery rate was 98.07%.A total of 7 peaks were detected in 12 batches of samples with a similarity of 0.791-1.000.The experimental operation is simple,fast,and the results are accurate.It can be used for the determination of indirubin content in Banqing granules,and for the study of characteristic chromatogram and quality evaluation of Banqing granules.
