Research on Low Frequency Vibration Isolation of Heavy-duty CNC Machine Tool-foundation System
To solve the problem of accuracy reduction of heavy-duty CNC machine tools caused by low-frequency environmental vibration,a three-dimensional model of vibration source-soil-isolation trench with viscous boundary conditions is established by Plaxis, with the factors of the distance between the machine tool and the vibration source and the vibration frequency considered. The influence of the parameters of empty trenches and infill trenches, such as depth, width, distance, filling material, etc.,on the vibration isolation effect is systematically analyzed, and the combined trench form of open trench and cascading foam infill trench is firstly proposed. It is found that the depth of the isolation trench is the decisive factor, the farther the isolation trench is,the lower the isolation efficiency is.The influence of width of the open trench is negligible, the width of the foam infill trench has a lower influence than the depth. The double foam infill trench is more economical and effective than the single foam trench. The combination of open trench and foam infill trench has better isolation performance and it's structure is more stable. Finally, the new trench is applied to machine tool vibration isolation. After the optimization of the parameters of the trench, the vibration response of the machine tool is reduced to less than 15%of the original value, which efficiently mitigates the influence of environment vibration on the machine tools.
