摘要

高性能减振道床主要由钢轨、减振扣件、预应力道床板、道床隔振垫等组成,通过采用高性能减振扣件和道床隔振垫两级隔振措施,具有良好的减振降噪效果;减振扣件中含有谐振质量,在其设计频率处具有一定吸振效果.普通轨道的钢轨通过普通扣件直接固定于轨道基础结构上,仅有一级隔振.通过研究高道床系统钢轨辐射声数值计算得到:由于高性能减振道床轨道的钢轨扣件小于普通轨道的钢轨扣件刚度,则在50 Hz以下频段,高性能减振道床轨道的钢轨辐射声功率比普通轨道高约20 dB,在90~300 Hz频段,高性能减振道床轨道的钢轨辐射声功率比普通轨道高约2~5 dB,在300~1 000 Hz频段,高性能减振道床轨道的钢轨辐射声功率比普通轨道低约1~2 dB,在10~5 000 Hz频段高性能减振道床轨道的钢轨总辐射声功率级的不计权和A计权结果比普通轨道低约0.7和0.5 dB(A).

Abstract

The new high-performance track slab(HPTS)system is mainly composed of rail,vibration reduction fastener,prestressed roadbed slab,bed vibration isolation pad,etc.Due to the double level vibration isolation measure of high performance vibration reduction fastener and bed vibration isolation pad,The HPTS system has a good effect of vibration reduction and noise reduction.Since the damping fastener contains resonance mass,it has some vibration absorption effect at the designed frequency.The rail of the ordinary track is directly fixed on the track foundation structure through the ordinary fasteners,and only one stage vibration isolation is available.In this paper,the rail radiation sound of the elevated roadbed system is simulated and analyzed.It is found that since the rail fastener stiffness of the HPTS track is smaller than that of the ordinary track,its radiated sound power of the rail is about 20 dB higher than that of the ordinary track in the frequency band below 50 Hz,and about 2-5 dB higher than that of the ordinary track in the frequency band of 90-300 Hz.In the 300-1 000 Hz frequency band,the radiated sound power of the rail of the HPTS system is about 1-2 dB lower than that of the ordinary track,and in the 10-5 000 Hz frequency band,the non-weighted and A-weighted total radiated sound power levels of the rail of the HPTS track are respectively about 0.7 dB and 0.5 dB(A)lower than those of the ordinary track.
