航空发动机用聚四氟乙烯软管可靠性数值研究

在航空发动机中,外部管路常用于输送各部件间的燃油、滑油和空气等介质,是使用最多的零部件之一,是航空发动机的"血管",其可靠性直接影响发动机的安全性。以航空发动机外部管路聚四氟乙烯软管为研究对象,采用数值计算分析方法,开展软管精细化数值仿真和软管在不同状态下疲劳试验等工作,分析压力载荷,外部振动,环境温度,以及安装的弯曲半径等因素对软管疲劳寿命的影响,计算表明,压力载荷、弯曲半径对软管可靠性影响较大,温度和管接头扭转对软管的可靠性也有较大的衰减。
Numerical Study on the Reliability of PTFE Hose in Aeroengine
In the aeroengines,the external pipeline is often used to transport the fuel,sliding oil,air and some other media between the components,it is one of the most useful parts,is the"blood vessel"of the aero-engine,and its reliability is directly related to the safety of the engine.This paper takes the polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)hose of the external pipeline of the aircraft engine as the research object,and adopts the numerical calculation and analysis method to carry out the numerical simulation of hose refinement and the fatigue test of the hose in different states.The pressure load,external vibration,ambient temperature,the bending radius of the installation and some other factors on the fatigue life of the hose are analyzed.The calculations show that,the pressure load and the bending radius are the main factors affecting the reliability of the hose,and the temperature and pipe fitting twisting are the secondary factors for the reliability.
