摘要

以某型柴油机的油底壳作为研究对象,对其声振特性进行识别与分析,确定设计穿孔板隔声罩的共振频带范围.使用粒子群算法针对共振频率进行穿孔板参数的优化设计,再通过阻抗管试验确定小孔分布对吸声性能的影响,并对穿孔板隔声罩进行多目标形貌优化设计以避开共振及激励频率.目标柴油机上加装优化的油底壳穿孔板隔声罩后,整机总声压级降低0.5 dB,降噪效果较好.

Abstract

With the oil pan of a diesel engine as the research object,its acoustic and vibration characteristics are identified and analyzed,and the resonant frequency band of the perforated plate acoustic enclosure is determined.The particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of the perforated plate according to the resonance frequency.Then the impedance tube test is used to determine the impact of the distribution of holes on the sound absorption performance,and the multi-target shape optimization design of perforated plate acoustic enclosure is carried out to avoid the resonance and excitation frequency.After the target diesel engine is equipped with the sound insulation cover with the optimized perforated plate of the oil pan,the overall sound pressure level of the whole engine is reduced by 0.5 dB,and the noise reduction effect is good.
