船舶主机排烟管路系统减振设计研究

船舶主机排烟管路在运行时,因受到主机结构振动和排出废气脉动压力的影响,会发生相应振动问题.为降低排烟管路振动和噪声传递到船体结构和附近舱室,需对其进行减振设计.对船舶主机排烟管路系统减振设计的原理、布置过程、注意事项等进行探究,对减振元件的选型进行有限元仿真校核,并在实船上进行隔振效果的测试验证.实船结果表明:在10~10 000 Hz频段范围内,排烟管路减振装置有较好的隔振效果,隔振效果达到15 dB以上.该研究可为船舶排烟管路减振设计提供参考,具有一定的工程指导意义.
Vibration Reduction Design of Exhaust Pipeline Systems of Vessel Main Engines
Due to the stimulation of the vibration of the main engine structure and the pulsating pressure of the exhaust gas,the vibration of the exhaust pipeline of the main engine will happen during the operation.In order to reduce the vibration and noise of the smoke exhaust pipeline transmitting to the ship structure and nearby cabins,it is necessary to carry out vibration reduction design.In this paper,the principle of vibration reduction design,layout process and the matters for attention of the smoke exhaust pipeline system of the ship main engine were studied,the selection of vibration reduction components was checked by finite element simulation,and the vibration isolation effect was tested and verified on the real ship.The results of the real ship test show that in the frequency range of 10-10 000 Hz,the smoke exhaust pipeline vibration reduction devices have a good vibration isolation effect,which is above 15 dB.The study has provided a reference for the vibration reduction design of ship smoke exhaust pipeline systems.
