小型音乐厅减振隔声改造实践

为解决邻近交通线路带来的振动与噪声干扰问题,采用"房中房"方案,对首都师范大学音乐厅开展减振隔声改造工程.在改造实践中,克服构造改动限制多、减振隔声难度大等难点,系统地采用浮筑地面、隔声墙、减振吊顶、隔音门窗等全方位的隔声与减振改进措施.改造后经过测量,音乐厅的室内声环境已符合相关标准要求,预期目标得以实现.所提出的减振隔声措施可为类似体量中小型音乐厅的改造实践提供参考.
Practice of Vibration Reduction and Sound Insulation of the Small Concert Hall
In order to solve the problem of traffic noise and shock interference,the vibration isolation and sound insula-tion reconstruction project of the concert hall in Capital Normal University has been implemented adopting the"room in room"structure.In the reconstruction practice,the difficulties such as the variety of restrictions in structural changes,vibra-tion isolation and sound insulation have been overcome,and improvement measures for the floating floor,sound insulation wall,resilient suspend ceiling,sound insulation doors and windows are adopted systematically.The inner acoustic environ-ment of the concert hall has been significantly improved after the renovation project,and the expected goal has been achieved.The recommended measures have provided a reference for the reconstruction practice of small and medium-sized concert halls with similar volumes.
