双螺杆制冷压缩机振动激励特性分析

螺杆压缩机振动噪声是产品舒适性的重要评价指标,研究压缩机激励特性对减振降噪具有重要指导意义.建立压缩机气体激励模型和螺杆转子啮合激励模型计算分析两种激励.开展样机振动响应测试和模态测试.将计算的激励加载到通过模态结果验证的压缩机有限元模型上得到两种激励的计算响应.通过计算响应与测试响应对比确定压缩机主要激励源.研究发现气体激励和啮合激励的频率成分均为基频及其谐次频率,气体激励主要以气流脉动基频贡献为主,啮合激励是引起压缩机振动的主要振源.研究结果可为双螺杆制冷压缩机振动控制提供优化指导方向.
Analysis of Vibration Exciting Characteristics of a Twin Screw Refrigeration Compressor
The performance of vibration and noise of twin screw compressors is an important evaluation index of the product comfort.It is of great guiding significance to study the compressor exciting force characteristics for vibration and noise reduction.In this paper,a gas excitation force model and a screw-rotor contact force model of a twin screw refrigera-tion compressor are established,and the gas excitation force and the screw-rotor contact force of the compressor is calculat-ed.Then,the sample machine of the twin screw compressor is prepared and its vibration response and modals are tested re-spectively under the excitation of the two kinds of forces.A finite element model calibrated by the testing modals of the twin screw compressor is used to verify the vibration response under the gas exciting force and the screw contact force obtained from the proposed models.The results show that the frequency components of gas exciting force and screw contact force are both fundamental frequency and harmonic frequency.The gas exciting force is mainly contributed by the fundamental fre-quency of gas flow pulsation.And the screw contact force is dominant rather than the gas exciting force.The results may pro-vide a guidance for vibration control of twin screw refrigeration compressors.
