Study on Optimization Design of the Foundation Power Parameters of the 1 000 MW Steam Engine in a Power Plant
With a power plant with 2×1 000 MW turbine generator unit as the engineering background, the optimal de-sign of dynamic parameters of the steam engine foundation was carried out.Aiming at the problem that the dynamic re-sponse of the turbine rotor is too large for the normal operation of the turbine,ANSYS software was used to build the finite element model of the whole turbine foundation structure. And the dynamic characteristics and forced vibration response of the turbine foundation were analyzed, and the effects of increasing the short column, short column width and L-beam height on the dynamic response of the turbine foundation were discussed. The results show that in the finite element modeling of steam engine foundation, the stiffness and mass contribution of the rotor and stator can be simulated by increasing the addi-tional mass and stiffness domain.Adding short columns between beams and increasing the height of beams respectively can effectively reduce the rotor dynamic response. The research results have provided a reference for the refined modeling of steam engine foundation and reducing the vibration response of the steam engine rotor.
