Vibration Characteristics and Power Spectrum Density Induction of High Speed Train Axle Boxes
In response to issues such as unclear vibration characteristics and measured power spectra density (PSD) of the axle boxes of high-speed trains in China, axle box vibration tests were carried out on several lines in China to obtain axle box vibration acceleration data of each line.Sliding window calculations were performed to fit the distribution forms of two non-Gaussian parameters, kurtosis and skewness. The PSD samples with non-normal distribution was summarized by John-son fitting, and the measured PSD of the axle box was obtained, which was compared with the IEC 61373 standard. The re-sults show that the axle box vibration acceleration signal has obvious super Gaussian characteristics,in which the kurtosis de-gree distribution conforms to the logarithmic distribution, and the fitting effect is better after the curve translation; The Gaussian mixture model has a good fit to the skewness distribution.According to the statistical results of the measured PSD of five lines,it is found that the standard value and the measured PSD are quite different, and the high-frequency vibration energy of each line is greater than the standard value in the range of 500-1000 Hz;The low-frequency vibration energy in the range of 5-300 Hz is less than the standard value.Using statistical results as load input for axle box accessory compo-nents,theoretical guidance is provided for fatigue reliability design and vibration testing of axle box accessory components with the consideration of non-Gaussian characteristics of the circuit.
