Distribution Law and Influencing Factors of Vibrations inside High-rise Residential Buildings Adjacent to Subway
A large-scale refined numerical model including track, tunnel, soil and building was established based on fi-nite element method.Considering the frequency characteristics of wheel/rail excitation, the numerical model was validated by the in-situ test of the vibration source intensity.Based on this model,a systematic study on vibration variation in different rooms, different locations of floor slabs, and different stories were conducted.Combined with modal analysis of different rooms'floors, the causes of the vibration difference in different rooms were studied emphatically. The results show that vibra-tion in different rooms on the same story is influenced by the overlap relationship between the first-order natural frequency of the floor and the dominant frequency of the input source. The simulation vibration levels in different rooms show a differ-ence of 15.1 dB.When first-order natural frequency of the floor is much lower than the dominant frequency of the source, the extreme vibration point of the floor slab appears outside the center of the floor slab,or otherwise,it appears in the center of the floor slab. The vibration fluctuation increases with the increase of the stories, and the story location where the maxi-mum value appears may be in the first story, the middle story, and the top story.
